I'm trying to upload ....

I'm trying to upload ....some pictures to form an album in user profile.However I continously get an error (failure to upload).

What am I doing wrong , or has this also happened to you guys ?

It seems that I can upload pictures that I took with my old (lower res ) camera ,but any of my better res pics are failing.Is there some way around this ?

620x280 is the max resolution pic u can upload.
