Umm... You have to move the yellow block down so the end fits in the space on the green block. and over one to make up for the blue triangle being shorter. The red triangle is one unit taller and three units longer so it doesn't need anything to make it equal to the blue block. The blue block on the other hand, needs something to lengthen it one unit so the hypotenuse is all lined up. I don't think I answered it but that may help a bit.

Here's how this one works. It's tricky, but it's hard to see because of the thick black outlines of the shapes, and the grid hides it well. The sloping sides of the two triangles are at slightly different angles. The green triangle has a steeper slope than the red triangle. In the top diagram, the entire angled side is slightly concave because of the differing angles. In the bottom diagram, because the triangles have switched positions, the angled side becomes slightly convex. If you hold a straight-edge up to your monitor, you can see this effect. This almost unnoticable change from concave to convex, increases the overall area of the shape by exactly one square.

P.S. look at the triangles in fractional form. 2/5 is not equal to 3/8

It's an illusion, the hypotenuses on those triangles aren't straight. Check them on your screen with a straight edge. One bulges out while the other is caved in slightly.

EDIT: Zeeg you beat me to it.

As if it wasn't confusing enough already, you're seeing a blue block where there's none!

                        "from where comes this hole"?
if the hypotenuse is not straight on either of the right triangles it would be the lack of the Red & Teal

They just fudge the jpg enough that you can't see what's really wrong

No. Their explanation is completely wrong. They don't take into consideration the angles of the triangles. The jpeg isn't fudged at all.
