Sorry to hear this fucked up shit.Being on medical leave right now , I've left the house maybe 3 times since coming home from the hospitol. You're right , what the world is turning into is fucked beyond belief - when robbers can sue you for being injured (in the act of a violent felony) and win , it shows you where are justice system is .
Not trying to slag on cops (not my intent \ the whole judicial system is innefective).

What you did is downright justifiable and the actions anyone would've taken who felt that they're loved ones were in harms way.Glad you wern't carrying ,everyone makes some fucked up mistakes in life (like Guyver1 - (pacifism is great , I also believe in it !!! I hear ya man. Sorry, I've been a Cleveland Cop for 12 years. That is something you can't turn off like a switch. Like a retired fireman ignoring cries for help in a burning home..we are just programmed this way. It sucks, but somebody has to do it. This guys was after me..he has that 80K caddy and I have a '93 Tempo..staying in the car with my injured wife was not a feasible choice. Remove her from any harm and confront the threat head on...away from her.

You have to understand to think like a cop and love like a husband. I was ready to take a 5000 lb bullet for her without even blinking an eye, and I'd prolly do it for you guys too..even for ungrateful assholes like Guyver..it's how I'm wired. Can you change who you are..no. we are who we are. It is what it is, and we deal with it in our own way. My problem is I deal with mine and everyone else' problems. But that's who I am. This guy is a loose canon ..it's my moral and profesional duty to deal with it. Believe me, I wish I had a can of pepper spray..it sure beats getting my ass kicked.

I have been into martial arts( Jujitsu since i was 10, later boxing and more recently been training at MMA), but i would never dare to fight Bill, maybe in a gym gloves on and with a opportunity to run away. For some reason Bill seems to be just like guys Fedor Emelianenko or Wanderlei Silva- ppl who can kick ass and are simply SCARY.

But you got to love the internet i could call him names and he would never get me, since i am on the other side of the pond. j/k

People are pussies. Take my guy on the plane for example. 200+ people on board. They cut off a intox asshole from vermont off the booze and he becomes inraged and assaults two female flight crew members..breaking ones jaw, and pummels the other brutally with a closed fist. The co-pilot attempts to assist, but gets his ass kicked..so he rushed back to the cockpit and bolts the door..meanwhile the 360lb good ol' boy is putting his size 13s to the cockpit door. the closest emergency diversion was cleveland. We received over 100 calls on it. I was the first one on scene when the plane docked to the jetway. The door opens, berfore I can ask what's going on..the big crazy fucker screams "I'm a dangerous man" and tackles me, and the fight is on. Either I broke my neck headbutting him attempting to keep him down, or it broke during the fall. Even at this time nobody was coming to my aid. but one flight crew member was giving the passengers the play by play like a boxing match on the radio during the 1940's..I kid you not! 200+ people and not a handful to assist me or those women. Look at 911, a couple of stinkin' monkeys with box cutters took over..box cutters. Like I wouldn't take a couple slashes to my forearm wraped in a jacket or something, while busting their fuggin' heads open..the fuck I wouldn't. But just like those people on my plane those people froze in fear...letting them do whatever they fuggin' wanted. Sorry man, I can't go down like that. Flight 93, was shot down..nice romatic fiction story of passengers taking it down..not the case. I had the inside scoop on that one because that plane was in our airspace, and me and my guys worked that aiport. There was fighter jets on that fucker and an big explosion before the plane went down in that field where it would be safe to bring it down. Even Rumsfeld made a slip on that one on live TV right before he got the fuck outta there. There's was nothing left to that plane..nothing bigger than phonebook. There was a witness never to be heard or seen agian. She was on TV ALL day on 911 describing what she saw and heard, its not even on youtube. People are like a deer in the headlights when shit goes down. I know that all too well. Sure, they talk a good game..they talk talk tak..and guys like me walk walk walk, and get fucked up for it...then ridiculed, but we let it roll of our backs and do it again and again and again..it's what we know.

Pretty Ironic, no matter how much people sicken me..I'm always first in line to help them. I'm just venting man. But we know that, but yet we continue. I'm not saying I didn't work with some major dickheads, but some of those turned into cynical major dickheads from being pissed on for years or decades. After a while you just get tired of the same old bullshit from human pollution who never paid taxes in their fuggin' lives and they only reason why they exist is because their whore mothers spread their legs to some fuck that just wanted to shoot his jizz and bail. So they have 5 kids from five different sperm donors by the ripe old age of 21. They don't pay my salary..I pay theirs..no, we pay theirs. The way things are going we're going to be paying alot more..so get used to it. Save your fuggin' money. You may wanna hold off on buying that gear you've been wanting, especially if you have any kids..because they come first. Once they're taken care off..then you fuggin' deserve that gear!

So what I'm saying is due to my experience and unconditonal love as a family man..never fuggin' question my actions. Because it is those judgements and actions that brought me home at night and how I got to meet my son. On March 27, 1994 at 1:00 AM I was involved in a shooting with 90 rounds exchanged. I was shot at 8-9 times, just missing me by inches. My son was born Oct 27, 1994. Inches away from NEVER meeting the man that put a Jackson in his hands, sending him to a good school, and helping him with his homework..and he can blow half this fuggin' board away with his playing. He can play shit I can't even touch. He already knows how to play every note I ever wrote and plays it just as good..he's been playing for 1.5 years. He's one of the best drummers in Cleveland..My judgements and actions allowed that to happen. So NEVER fuggin' second guess my actions. I take that shit personal..but I must keep in mind the ignorance factor here. Some of you aren't parents, and some of you would never know what it takes to risk your ass..your life..for someone who will never know your name and just go to church and thank fuggin' Jesus. I lost man good men that left their wives and children to save human garbage.

No, If it was 10 years ago..that motherfuckler would have gotten it much worse. You know those guys are great. I'd like to give it a shot. Just for shits and giggles. I'm sure they kick my ass. But I'm not going to be fighting their fight..I'm going to do what I always did on the street. I have some tried a true "tricks" I'm sure is not in their rule books. I mean if it were a "real" fight..anything goes. I have 30 seconds or so to get my chance. after that I'm prolly fucked...10 years ago would've been a lil' better.
