Heres who i would listen too.. Mas Ayoob of "American Handgunner"...
after you have defended your life with a firearm...simply state over and
over to the police..."i was afraid for my life".... I was afraid for my life"
This statement repeated everytime your asked a question gives nothing
to the shit lawyer who is going to try and twist it, that YOU were the
bad guy in this defensive shooting... "Officer, i was afraid for my life"

Very simple, but it's exactly those words that count most...those key words.
I saved three lives including my own, actually the suspect's as well..with mix of skill and pure luck. It was the biggest shootout in Cleveland Police history..approx 90 rounds were exchanged.
I've posted that article before..I still have it. I even have the police dispatch audio tape of the entire incident beginning to end. I thought of using it in one in my original songs...as an intro or something. You can hear all the shots and the suspect screaming like crazy."Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"

I heard stories of LEOs locking themselves in their cruisers after a shooting and when the detecives or IA comes out the cop just cracks the window and hands them the officer's union lawyer's business card. Till the lawyer gets to the scene they stay in the cruiser.
I heard that this really happens in alot of Departments, not all. Mostly the ones with "Citizen review boards."
Have you heard anything like this?

IA is not an officer's friend...
He demanded our IDs and as soon as I demanded a badge number and asked if I am being detained and if I am, I am contacting IA in the morning he changed his tune real quick. He started telling me to take it easy as there were alot of break ins in the area. He grumbled something else and took off without looking at our IDs.

If you don't want to that's okay too.
That would be an INTENSE song intro."Dear Dr. Bill,
I work with a woman who is about 5 feet tall and weighs close to 450 pounds and has more facial hair than ZZ Top." - Jack The Riffer
"OK, we can both have Ben..joint custody. I'll have him on the weekends. We could go out in my Cobra and give people the finger..weather permitting of course.." -Bill Z. Bub

Whats the difference between this and a citizen wanting a lawyer present before answering questions? You sir, can go you fuck yourself and don't let the door hit you in the vagina on the way out.
You're such a pretencious, phony, boring, transparent, self righteous worthless fuck..You are amusing as a genital wart!

Well, if a citizen shot someone, they had better be speaking to a lawyer before they make a statement, so there isn't much difference.
Except they aren't arresting the officer at that time like they would a civilian.
This whole thing has been about being in a simpler situation, like just a traffic stop and wanting a lawyer. I've said the whole time, if it's a serious charge or could become one, you need a lawyer.
