I think you're referring to Kaylee and Casey Anthony, no? Yeh, that's a fkd up case! How in the hell can they say it was murder with no trauma? Or say it's Murder 1, with no evidence of pre-med/trauma? Much less nothing else to go on? I smell an OJ veridct here, the 1st one anyway.

I'm not on her side by any means, but laws are laws and there's something seriously fkd with this case. They've been hammering that chick for anything and everything, with no evidence, not that I've seen anyway. A lot of poor judegment, etc, but murder? Not convinced just yet.

I agree, no real evidence no conviction. I'm not sold on the guilt thing yet either, but i'm sure not all of the evidence has been made public. She is kinda hot, nice tight looking body.

I haven't been keeping up with the case, because I automatically tune out anything Nancy Grace crusades about, but yesterday I heard that the meter reader who called 911 about the remains had been calling since fucking August about a suspicious bag in that same spot. How in the hell could they blow off something like that right near the suspect's house?? WTF?!

edit- Pat, I'm no expert, but I think something like suffocation with a pillow or maybe poisoning would be murder with no trauma. I bet the evidence would've been better if they picked up the damned bag back in August.

First - Hell yeah, I'd do her - she's hot.

Second - Whether she's guilty or not, I haven't a clue but it certainly does not look good for her. I hope they find some good hard evidence that is conclusive, but I have a hard time getting past the fact that she waited so long to report the child missing. Even if she is indeed innocent, thats a hard one to comprehend.

In any case, I have a distinct feeling that the public is definitely not being given all the facts by either side so I'll refrain from judgement either way.
