You know, with all the searching they did I find it kind of hard to believe that the bag containing Kaylee's body would have been missed so close too the house. I find it even harder to beleive that this utility worker has been calling the police since August about a "suspicious" bag, but never opened it to see what was inside. There are a ton of questions raised by this.
And what the fug is "Homicide by Undetermined Means"? How is that even remotely acceptable? Can you really say it's murder if you can't actually deternine how the person died? Granted that she was found in a trash bag with duct tape around the legs, OK, I'll conceed(sp) that it probably wasn't an accident.
If I were a juror I'd need to have a clear picture of this utility worker's involvement before being able to convict the mother.
