Not reporting you missing 3 year old...(At least where I come from) is more than being a "Piece of shit". Begs the question…WHY?

By all accounts...She (Casey Anthony) told her Mother (Caylee’s Grandmother) AND THE POLICE (reports reflecting) she had not seen her child in 31 days!!!

I am not the judge or jury...HOWEVER...I have to ask myself as a curious outsider...

WHY WHOULD SHE NOT REPORT A MISSING 3 YEAR OLD CHILD? WHY?

Even if she didn’t do it…She probably allowed her daughter to be murdered by NOT reporting it.

Then again…Someone give me a hypothetical scenario that would justify the Mother who is the primary care giver of a child to NOT report her missing…It was actually the Grandmother who did…So Casey wasn’t (likely) going to ever report it…

I don’t understand all this defensiveness on her behalf?

PS IMO...Nancy Grace IS a big fat POS!

There are a few things here...

1. Yes, the media reported the 31 day thing, but is it true? I don't know, I'm sure it is, but?
2. I couldn't fathom leaving a child anywhere or not knowing where he/she was for longer than 10 mins, I have 2, no way, no how!!!
3. According to the media, she's another Dalmer when she's never spent a minute in a court of law, nor has the evidence been presented.

AGAIN, I am in no way defending her, but people need to quit passing quick judgment on everything these days. They hear one thing and that's the way it is, don't try changing their minds, because it won't happen.

This entire past election was built on lies and sound bites from both sides and look who wins, the media darling. It wouldn't have mattered if he was the better candidate or not, the media had him elected in August, and the American people bought it without question or hesitation. It's the same thing here, whatever the media is selling, everyone and their brother is buying, in record numbers.

And once more, I think she is a piece of shit for the way she's treated her daughter, but some people have their priorities all screwed up, I'm sure we've all been there in one way or another? Hopefully, not to this extreme, but you get the picture.

Not in any way saying you are a bad person, but if you are quick to convict based on anything but the facts as presented in a court of law - not what you "think" happened, but what the state can "prove" - you should not serve on a jury.

There is a big difference between busting my nut in some woman that is suspected of killing her daughter and serving on a jury. The thought that if I get her pregnant my child could endup dead in a trash bag, I doubt I could get it up.
Me on a jury probably will never happen-White collar worker, I have been robber, house buglared, friend murdered(found dead in wrapped in trash bags), and family member raped. Defense attorneys don't like me.
