This happened locally. Dude crashed his own graduation dressed in a cock & balls outfit, spraying silly string on everyone. And he was later prosecuted for it. :O
Now, before you all go defending the poor dick (...sorry, couldn't help myself ), the douche was recently charged with stealing a truck. So he doesn't seem to deserve the sympathy.
