  • Sirius XM "Mandatory Metallica"

Well us subscribers are getting Liquid Metal/Hard Attack taken away for a freakin month for nonstop Metallica. Ya know i like Metallica and all but why couldn't they put this on another station? Why not hijack the fucking Elvis channel or something else equally as worthless?

What!! This is ridiculous!! First they take away the Boneyard for a while and now they take away the other good channel. Idiots.

Elvis? Useless? From what I've heard of the shit they play on LM, I'd rather listen to an Elvis channel any day.

I was going to post about this last night. I've been trying to find out where the best place to contact them and ask what fucktard made this decision is. Ian Christie even voiced his dismay about it. He basically said Metallica deserves props and all, but a month?? My radio stays on LM/Hard Attack... But I guess it will be hit and miss during the next month. I'm passing on the Metallica enema.

I was hoping when sirius and xm merged they would keep all the channels but instead they combined similar ones. It would also be nice if they had a showcase channel where they played the featured artist 24/7 instead of highjacking a regular channel.

they have dark channels available, why take one away to do a month of something?
why not take one of the dark channels and make it an artist of the month channel?

That's a great idea, but it probably makes too much sense

I got Sirius free for a year with the purchase of my Jeep...

I do NOT see the big deal with it. I have 6 channels programmed with classic rock and metal...all I do it spend my time switching around all over the fucking place trying to find something I like!

Liquid Metal has way too much crap posing as Metal for me. Seems to me, I keep getting Solefly, Deftones, Snot and all that kind of garbage, when I tune in. FUKK I HATE THAT SHIT!

HairNation…Kix??? They were even crappy for crappy hair metal!!!

Boneyard seems to have the better play list of the two…but still bland.

Just load up the CD changer I say!
