I'd go with "thought you were my friend". Ozzy rewrites the lyrics for everything live. There's a few live clips on the Black Sabbath Story Vol1 DVD, and yeah, Paranoid, WarPigs, Iron Man, everything gets a total rewrite live
I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.

That's why he reads the lyrics from a teleprompter. And I mean READS, not just the odd glance to remind him. I wouldn't be surprised if they even put "I love you" and "Let's go crazyyyy" on there for him to read out too.
So I woke up,rolled over and who was lying next to me? Only Bonnie Langford!

          I nearly broke her back

When I heard the song as I kid I thought he said "Fuck you for my brain!" like he was mad at god for giving him a fucked up brain.

Then I read the lyrics sheet... I like my version better.

I think it's the one to do with taking up residence in a person's cranial cavity.
                  "Dear Dr. Bill,
I work with a woman who is about 5 feet tall and weighs close to 450 pounds and has more facial hair than ZZ Top." - Jack The Riffer

"OK, we can both have Ben..joint custody. I'll have him on the weekends. We could go out in my Cobra and give people the finger..weather permitting of course.." -Bill Z. Bub

I was always a "Help me (you) find my brain, oh yeah" guy.
Even today, I find myself dropping that one.
When you take a shower in space, you have to press the water onto your body to clean yourself, and then you gotta vacuum it off. - Ace Frehley

I studied it carefully and it's crystal clear! He's asking for help with conviction.

"Can you help me, won't you smooch my taint?...oh yeah!"
"Bill, Smoke a Bowl and Crank Van Halen I, Life is better when I do that"
                      Donnie Swanstrom 01/25/06..miss ya!

"Well, your friend would have Bell's Palsy, which is a facial paralysis, not "Balls Pelsy" like we're joking about here." Toejam's attempt at sensitivity.

Back when my old band played it i always sang "are you from my brain", but i didn't really care if it was right or wrong. Try figuring out some old Misfits's lyrics for a challenge, i'm sure half the shit i sang wasn't even close to right.

I always thought it was "Something for my brain" but "Occupy my brain" sounds a little more correct.
