i have that celtic frost VHS concert....some of it's not too bad. my mom likes "cold lake" a lot. when i gave her a CD of it (burned) i added tracks from "monotheist". she asked what that "horrible shit" was and i told her it was the same band. she remembered the old stuff and she commented, "what a shame they went back to that horrible grumbling shit."

i thought it was funny.

the lead guitarist, oliver hartmann i believe, has a cool musicman guitar but his fast playing reminds me of janick gers....

Fucking hell, it's years since I heard any Celtic Frost, I used to love them.
I was about to go to bed, but I think I'm going to give "the Usurper" 1 quick spin so I can do a couple of death grunts. My neighbours are going to love me, fuck 'em.

Tomorrow I'm going to dig out "Apocalyptic Raids" too........
