On a serious note ~ yes this is a disgusting tragedy. I feel terrible for all of the families who had their lives changed today. Also I think the frequency of these types of events is going to increase as more and more people feel resentment and use their 'victim mentality' to justify actions like this. I'm sure what ever the shooters problems were, that they were not insurmountable. On a side note.... This shit has been rampant lately... I hate to see what Obama's solution will be as far as federal firearms legislation... I'm expecting something to be brought up eventually if this stuff keeps up.Comment

For what it's worth, only the highway shooters (the DC Beltway Snipers) were actually serial killers because they were involved in mutiple instances. All the others were single incidents.Originally posted by Jayster View PostComment

There was Asian kid (19) sentanced to life this past week for attempted capital murder. When questioned by the police he told about wanting to be a serial killer.Comment
