The mother of Reyes, though, said today that her son didn't participate in the attack, although he was at the woman's house when it happened. Aida Santiago said her son stood at the door and froze when he saw the woman was being assaulted by the other two people.

They always try to lay the blame on something else to cover up the fact they're terrible parents. Just like when parents blame video games or music. If they were good parents they wouldn't allow access to them in the first place or supervise their use of it. If the mother didn't want her son hanging out with that kid she should have done something. Kids ignore 80% of what their parents say and only hear keywords. Also, saying he didn't do anything but watched is like when Bill Clinton said he didn't smoke marijuana but he had a joint in his mouth.

i work in a school where fucks like these "attend" on a daily basis. they rarely come to class except to jump another student. most of the time they run the halls assualting students on the way to the RR. we had a girl brutally raped here a couple of years back. they took her to an area where the cameras have a blind spot. they raped her, beat the shit out of her and threw her down a staircase. she broke parts of her neck.

i teach 6th graders. my school is a middle school, 6 through 8. nice, huh?

last week we had two kids that looked just like those posted get into a fight in the upstairs RR. they jumped this kid and beat him so bad that blood was splattered on the walls, pools were on the floor and the kid was twitching as he was rushed to the ER. all he did was say "could you move so i can pee?"

both kids were arrested but they are back today. they were just outside my classroom door yelling obsenities at me for the fun of it. as i was typing this post, i walked to the door and told them to move along and i got told that i'd "better watch out." i smiled at them and said, "uh huh, okay. whatever you say, tough guy." they glared as they walked away.

new port ritchey isn't too far from me so this incident all-to-clearly reminds me of what i contend with on a daily basis.

the most fucked up part is that these kids are ALLOWED to behave this way at school. we can't "make" them stop. we are told to "be professional" and "kindly ask (yes, ASK!!!!) them to go to class."

we are expected to endure endless insults and verbal threats - and smile about it!!! this is the NEW generation....the generation raised with theliberal educational idea that they should "explore" and "question authority". their parents are worse.

i feel for this old woman and her family. these kids need to be ass raped, smothered, beaten and then killed. if their parents don't like it, fuck 'em....they should be killed too. we could save A LOT of taxpayer dollars up front.

I feel you Mark. I was assigned "school car" that took complaints, made reports and felony arrests at middle schools much like yours..prolly worse. These kids actually attack and fight with teachers, BOE security, and the police.

We had to deal with lots of gang activity and all the usual crimes that come with that bullshit. It's a real shame.

Fights wen't on all the time, it was always handled between the school and the parents (key word). Police were NEVER called. It was all handles "in house". Now kids are shootin' up the fuggin' schools. We OBVIOUSLY took the wrong approach to this shit. The real problem is that "families" don't exist no more. Kids don't have parents, they have a mother who doesn't know how to handle them. Sometimes that mother is a junkie because of it and the 80 year old grandmother is the legal gaurdian..

it would be nice, but the districts would crucify whoever decided to take that "step". everything has become so soft that there is NO discipline.

those 2 kids were just doing what they see on TV and hear about from their "heroes". i am pretty sure that if you were to ask them about remorse, there wouldn't be any. kids these days are TOTALLY desensitized to this level of hatred. it's a "me for me, all the time" generation that only lives in "the moment" without thoughts or fear of consequences.
