A good friend of mine's dog recently "got the point" when he was bitten on the noggin by a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake. The fang marks are 1 1/2 inches apart, so it was a big snake. The dog was born deaf, so it never heard the warning rattles.
I talked to my buddy yesterday and the dog was treated with anti venom and seems to be making a full recovery."POOP"Comment
