My band is slated to play the Utica Music Festival this year. Can you tell me anything about it. We would hate to make the 9 hour drive to play for nobody. That happened last year at the Boston Music Festival. We literally played for 6 people.

They actually do a couple of things pretty well in Utica.
Food is one of them (Babe's, Delmonico's, and good pizza).
Not sure about the music scene.
I think it might be worth playing, depending on how it's promoted.
There are people there, just not tons of jobs since a lot of the industry moved out.

Oh crap.........Utica. Get out while you can....:ROTF:. I lived in the next town over (Herkimer) for 3 1/2 years. Actually, Herkimer is good for bar scene and Turning Stone Casino is just down the Thruway a bit.
