If you were lucky enough to see VH back in the day when they had the fire, you can understand why seeing them live in the last 20 years just does not compare."You have a pud..your wife has a face. Next time she bitches..I'd play cock bongos on her cheeks..all four of them!" - Bill Z.
I just just had a sudden urge to sugga dick..! If I wore that guitar and didn't suck male genitalia..somethin' is very wrong! - Bill Z.

i never got the old VH...never saw what the big deal was or why people dove them so much. granted i was in kindergarten when lthese songs were recorded. my mom used to play scorpions, ufo, rainbow, judas priest, montrose, etc when i was growing up...but i never got the stoner/party vibe of VH. i actually like them BETTER with hagar - the SONGS are stronger and the lyrics make sense....
eh, different generation i guess. was interesting to hear all the same....GEAR:
some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!
some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!
and finally....
i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

Good stuff...saw them in the VH2 tour in Tucson. Awesome show. They still weren't able to sell out the entire auditorium so they put the stage in the middle and drew a big curtain across. DLR definitely commanded the stage then!!! I do remember being a little "stunned" by his full on cheerleading moves though!!! Oh yeah...and the "Disco Sucks" chants...good times!
