  • Home from Afghanistan, plus pics of my collection

    Bros,

I'm currently home in Savannah on mid-tour leave from Afghanistan. Been having a good time here (and over there, for that matter) and I took some pics of my gear.

    Guitars:
    Charvel Custom Shop Dinky
Charvel ALLPARTS Strat (brass hardware and Duncan's not installed, but here)
    Kramer Stagemaster Standard
    Kramer Focus/Baretta mutt
    Agile AL-3100 MOP

    Effects:
    TC Electronic Nova System
    MXR Micro Amp
    Crybaby Classic

    Amp:
    Carvin V3 2x12 Combo w/ Vin 30's

    And now for the pics...

Here's a better pic of the CS Dinky...

My custom MeanStreet Unchained will be arriving tomorrow. Here's a pic of it that Mitchel sent to me...

    It's good to be home.

Are you guys currently having trouble with the M2 .50 machineguns with FTF issues over there?

Not ours. Trust me...they work like a champ.

Hell, that's weird...the Ma Deuce is a fucking tank. You can manhandle the shit out of it except for the timing adjustment. Everything else on it can be thrown around and dropped off buildings and it'll still work except that small little lever. It's the only part on that weapon that needs "special attention".

That whole collection is slick. Especially that custom Charvel and your new Mean Street. I like the banana headstock.
