A ray of sunshine

So with out going over all the negative that's happen in the last couple months - lets just say there were some serious rough spots..

Today we got some good news, the owners of a house we put a bid on accepted.

Now it's in the banks hands, but at least I can say I got some good news for a change.

This puts my Jackson and my warmoth build on hold for now but well worth it. It'll be nice to own a home.
