That kinda plane can't be made. It's against the first design criteria of aircrafts: low weight. I mean, even the factor of safety is quite low with aircrafts. When you design something that goes on the ground, you can have the FoS like around 5. For an aircraft, it's about 1,1.

To be fair, I believe the version with the turrets is something dreamed up more recently. The pics posted by the OP are obviously digital renderings. I'll bet they Russians had nothing to do with the silly turrets. Even IF it was possible to overcome the weight of those things, they would be impossible to aim accurately, and would be effectively useless.
