well I disagree with the back shots.. although the view would be great you would loose the face and tits and would have to cut different parts together to get all views but it wouldn't be perfect as they wouldn't be at the same time in a big frame.
you have to play with the room and cast.. to create a situation where all necessary elements would be viewable and in one frame.
