Hey Paul, I would think he wants to talk to you about ceasing to make any replica's of his guitars because he probably already has plans to sell the business to somebody and he is protecting his and their future investments.

+1.. You are the only one that HAS to live with yourself, and life is too short to look back and say shoulda woulda coulda. If it pans into opportunity, maybe see if it is something you could do on a part time basis if you are concerned about overall livelyhood...Bon Jovi is like a frozen Coca Cola.. Sorry guys for the wait. Really, it's not that big a deal. It just turns out that Joe Kovacic is a real idiot. This guy asks me to call him. I do so, but he's not there so I leave a message. The next day, he returns the call while I'm at work, and talks to my wife. He immediately starts throwing around threats of legal action. The guy must be fucking clueless. Rather than waste my time calling him back, I sent him an email telling him that if he wants to waste his money trying to sue me, and look like a complete laughing stock when it gets thrown out of court, then he's more than welcome. This is a guy who has made copies of other people's design throughout his career. So, in short Joe Kovacic is a piece of shit. The end.
