Used RR5 for 1500!

I was at GC today trying out different pickups and having a fun time. I looked through all their used stuff and they had an RR5, which was a little beat up, used for 1500! They had it listed as an RR1 on the tag. I told one of the ever so helpful idiot employees, he gave me this blank stare as I explained to him it was Japanese, blah blah blah... He said "oh, ok" and walked off.

I really don't feel bad for using the place to find what I want then buy it elsewhere when they try to pull crap like this.

unreal dude... lol i just found a used RR5 for less than 500 euros on ebay... =D

yep. Our GC here had (it's probably still there) an RX10D, labeled as an RR3 for like 500 bucks I think..it was VERY used.

When I was considering buying a Marshall JVM410H they were willing to give me a free (read~ in addition to the overpriced GC policy) RR5 - it was used

I ended up passing on it - the RR5 finally sold after a couple of months(near mint condition (ivory w/ black pinstripes), I think they sold it for around 600$ without case. This was last year. I can't believe the GC's by you guys actually have some of these - cause the 3 around me only stock stuff like the dk2m, js20 dinky, js30 ke, etc....
