    Anybody Else Spammed by Blaze's Band?

    I log onto Myspace and am notified of a comment on my status change (I had a fight with my gf and changed my mood to melancholy).

    So here's Slavantas (Blaze's band) with a comment: "Wtf did you say about me on this blog?" and a link. Well the link had been disabled as a spam site. Then I saw they'd spammed my last mood change with another comment and link.

    Anybody else get these spams? I guess it must be some way to get money from site hits, but I don't appreciate when I make a change because of rough shit in my life to have some dick using it as an excuse to spam me.

    Any other thoughts on this phenomenon?

    Their account may have been hijacked. I had a friend that this happened to. Her account was posting comments on all of her friend's pages with links to porn sites.

                You should let your singer know that I friended Slavantas because you are a JCFer, Blazer, and that I unfriended and blocked Slavantas because of that spam. I wonder how many other people might have done the same?

                If you didn't do it, then no offense to you. But if your singer did it to try and generate a penny a hit, then it will probably backfire, especially with the "WTF" routine, insulting the people getting the message to try and get a reply.

                  guys, it's safe again, our singer changed the password, so the asshole who's been sending all that spam has no chance of doing so again.
