Wolfpack mentality? Didn't wolves stick the fuck together, and care for the weakest member of the pack? Ya know, the weakest wolf decides the strenght of the pack and all that jazz?
However, I looked this bullshit you're blabberring about, and here's what I found:
Now, wolves assign their roles themselves. Unless the roles are already set, such as cubs being born into the pack, it's upto the wolves to do that themselves. Let's take a pack of 2 month old cubs seperated from mother, or even better, puppies. Ever notice the one that stumbles up to you? He or she doesn't come up to you as some sort of a love-at-first-sight bullshit. That pup is the scout. See, even at this young age, those whining, helpless balls of fluff know their place, and they choose it by themselves. If conflict arises, they will fight over a spot, to settle it.
Now let's take this forum, and turn it into a canine pack. All the newbs, come here and have equal status. You were a newb, I was a newb, Newc was a newb, Toe was a newb, everyone. It's upto ourselves to show that we're not some sniveling pussies and have a spine. If we begin to act like dickheads, that's the perception others will have upon you, a dickhead, and above all, acting like a dickhead, is your choice. Now accusing us of this wolfpack mentality bullshit, wolves for one, care for one another. You taking the role of the omega wolf as you hinted, was on your own accord. No one ushered you into pulling this woe-is-me nonsense, and you keep coming back persistently to fuel the fire and continue your role, as if this was some goddamn drama play.
You condemning this to 'Wolfpack mentality' casts the fact that you want to be the victim right in the motherfucking stone. Fullstop. And I've seen enough documentaries on wolves to know that they choose the roles by their goddamn selves, yet there isn't any drama like this in the wild. You've a problem, as a wolf you are entitled to piss off. This isn't a pack of wolves, this is a web forum of people with lives on their own, who have to deal with their own business daily, no matter how hard it is. If you can't deal with your problems on your own, you can of course ask for guidance or advice, but once you become a drama-queen, well, shit like this is gonna happen. and rightly so.

On the bottom rung of the ladder, you have the omega wolf. As the name implies, the omega wolf is the weakest and the least cared for in the pack. Bullied by other members, the omega wolf will receive the brunt of the aggression in the wolf world, particularly during inter-pack fighting [source: Busch]. Sometimes, this antagonism climaxes to the point that the omega wolf will leave the pack and go it alone. Aside from being the pack's punching bag, the omega wolf also instigates play among the wolves to ease tensions.
