All great guesses and I would say at one time or another they would all be true, but the truth is.....My registration was messed up. I had the wrong tabs on that car. They charged me with something like Intent to Tax evasion.What a joke....HAHAHHA. The worst part was I was 40 miles from home at 3am visiting friends and after that they released me in the middle of no place. I walked about 5 or 6 miles before I finally got ahold of a friend who came and got me...HAHAHAH....What a night.
