I bet his Mrs dresses up in a tiny PVC nurses outfit and lets him chase round the bed like Benny Hill, as physiotherapy. From the way she sorted him out a laptop and looked after his affairs (like telling us here about the accident), she sounds like a really SPECIAL girl, so I'm sure she would do this no problem.
