Running from the police..killing his girlfreind in the process. As far as his life goes..it's over. I spent all day at Metro Hosp ..he's fucked up bad, and I don't even know if that is "lucky" considering his situation and condition. My brother never took my advice, and I always bailed him out of trouble. Sometimes I couldn't due to the crimes he commited. But he is responsible for taking the life of a mother of a young girl. I know he's my blood, and I love him..but there is nothing I can do for him. Not then, and especially not now..
This incident was soooooooooo unnecessary, and senseless. I really don't think the reality hit me yet..my family is devastated..mostly about the little girl, and her dead mother.
I must give part blame to the suburb cop that chased him far into Cleveland. I KNOW these "tactics"..and the reports are complete, typical CYA police BS.. I know because I've been there in countless chases. The only thing in my favor was nobody died on my watch,..which is just dumb luck.
I knew he was going back to jail soon. He's been acting very erratic and reckless lately. The signs I know all too well with him. Ironically, it's always about his women, he was having problems with her.. I didn't like this girl and didn't want her around my home..she, was very shady with bad habbits and drama..which is typical of the ilk he's attracted to. But she seem to be a decent mother. The suburb cop chased him two miles into Cleveland one block away from my home and 300 feet away from his..he was trying to get home. That didn't happen.
My mom is a wreck but my father and I are desensitized to decades of his bullshit. But nothing of this magnatude. It's going to take every bit of two years to recover from many surgeries before he'll be charged and do..I'm thinking 3-5 years. Which doesn't seem long enough but I know these things pretty well. They'll charge him with Agg. Veh Homicide and plea to negligent homicide, and felony fleeing and eluding..my guess.
