Well, I'm all for people to get a 2nd chance within bounds of reason. He was a good senator, like it or not. But he'll always be remembered for Chappaaquiddick, the Au Bar night in Florida, and not for being a good senator, and conquering his demons.
Life is vicious, even when you turn things around, it never ever stops being a headache.

We never know how we'd act if we were in those shoes. He did alot after that to turn his life around and become the man he became and I applaud him for that. In the end, it's not for us to judge a person on their past mistakes but to celebrate their triumphs.

RIP Senator Kennedy, may you find the peace you deserve, and your final judgment be just.
