Very cool!

A couple things: I would suggest starting out with the synth & acoustic for a little longer before coming in with the lead (more anticipation for better effect). I really like the delay on the guitar, but the "zith-zith-zith-zith-zith" part of the synth (like at :30 - :32) is really loud in the mix.
