  • New song from my band's upcoming album

Some of you might be familiar with my band, Under Eden, and heard some of our stuff before. We have a new album coming out later this spring via a European label, and this is the first "single" from it. The song is called "Exiled from Existence" and the album (a concept album) is entitled The Science of Self-Defeat.

"Exiled from Existence" is the first single from Under Eden's forthcoming second full-length album, THE SCIENCE OF SELF-DEFEAT.

My rhythm parts were recorded using a Jackson JDX-94 Concept Dinky with a Seymour Duncan Invader, and my solos were done with a Stealth TH-2 using one of the mystery "Hex Overwound" pickups from GFS. My brother also played rhythm, using some sort of Washburn Dimebag sig with what I assume were stock pickups.

I wasn't familiar with the style of your band, but the track is absolutely great work, I think. Nice and clear solos which stand out. Congrats on the result. Wouldn't mind hearing more samples :-)

Wow, that was pretty intense. Kind of reminiscent of Job For a Cowboy with a little Dethklok thrown in for good measure. Listening made my picking arm cramp up hehe.
