  • VH's "Romeo Delight" (the whole thing...)

Recorded a couple months ago. Couple things:

1.) I couldn't be bothered to learn it, so yes, I'm playing it incorrectly...
2.) I left various screw ups in... what the hell, it's rock-n-roll
3.) Ed's guitar is defeated in the backing track, so all you hear is my guitar...

    Enjoy...

Ahhh very nice. I have some old VH trib demos from the 90's..

you may remember..that was alot of fun.

Being that I know VH inside and out, the only critique I could possibly offer is the bass track. Much of the fills are ignored..and my brain wants to hear them, But everything else sounds very nice!

Funny thing is, this was one of the few songs you could really hear Michael Anthony..they always buried him in the mix.

        Nice,

EVH's rythm playing is still so overlooked to this day, and it's great to hear someone else play
a great tune by them. I know you just winged this but just to hear the groove of a VH tune,
you pulled of the rythym really well, it's not easy to play great rythm guitar, i like your playing on this.
            the energy is there.

                        Nice work.
I want to go out nice and peaceful in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and hollering like the passengers in his car.

Indeed man, I was smiling while I was listening to it. Nice.
That's actually one of my favorite VH tunes and you did a good with it.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

"Anyone who tries to fling crap my way better have a really good crap flinger."

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Yes, there's a bee in the pudding.
