  • MP3 from me

Been trying to get my lead ability up after losing most of it due to a seizure years ago and one last Feb.
This is over a YT backing track nothing fancy and my first attempt at a lead in a long time.
86 SD Jackson with early Tom Anderson H-2 pick up.
Lead over backing track. Guitar. 86 Jackson 1 humbucker super strat. Amp. 4 watt Cygnus champ clone.using a BBE sonic stomp and EH memory boy. The dirt is the amp no OD pedals.

I need an interface in the worst way but all the software confuses the shit out of me.
I had a GNX 3000 that came with pro tracks and I couldn't figure it out at all.
Thanks Mosh for your help I appreciate it.

Get a line 6 toneport (I think they are called StudioPort now) and a copy of Mixcraft. It will give you modelling through the toneport/podfarm, a mic input for recording a real amp and a simple recording interface. All for around $200.

Wife is still complaining (a bit) that I even sold it.
Meanwhile, more are on the plate.

                      She will get hers.
I just never know which one she claims next.

amp sounds good bro. You got that Kirk Hammett Master of Puppets vibe going on with your playing style. Was he an influence of yours?
