Great playing! IMHO your lead playing made the song sound "fuller" than the original. It's funny how I like the lead playing to be a little rough around the edges. It doesn't matter to me if all the bends and vibratoes are not in perfect tune - it's attitude that counts. But in riffs/rhythm playing it's the complete opposite - I love tight and punchy almost machine like picking there ala Jeff Waters and Dave Mustaine.

That's a great tune. I've always wanted to do The Audience is Listening, but I don't think the listening audience would unerstand it. Well, maybe the guitar players. Everyone else will be yellin' "PLAY SOME SKYNARD MAN!"

Actually, we had a girl holler from the audience for some allman brothers. Our drummer said "here's an allman brothers song!"... and then we whipped into Ice Nine [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
