Great job Pete. tone wise is tad treblish/harshness for me but killer guitar playing. You guys are gonna be a fun band to go see live I did the raw mix. Maybe the Vetta tone would sound better to my ears in person. I'm not saying it sounds like ass by any means, maybe I missing the hype of it or something, maybe I have become a true tube snob Do you still have that VHT?

Thanks man! All the clips had the same stuff... Vetta head, marshall 75 watt 4x12 cab, and a wolfgang special flametop USA. Oh, and an SM57 going into the recorder. The wah is the one built into the vetta.

Nope. I got rid of the VHT, and almost bought another one, but somebody beat me to it. Oh well... I'm going to get another two or three channel tube amp as a backup for the vetta before too long... hopefully I'll need it because we'll be gigging so much.

The harshness may have been from us rehearsing a bit before we recorded anything, and your high frequencies are the first to go. It sounded better when I was playing, but if it sounds like the soundclips to the audience, I'll be happy. The wah does have a bit of a grating high end, though. Thanks for the kind words

I dig the Beck - that's one of my favorite tunes - nice job.

Sounds good Pete! Have you ever loaded any of your Veta patches to the patch library at www.Line6.com?

                  Re: four live vetta clips...

Thanks guys. Joe - I haven't because last time I hooked up my Vetta to the Line6 software it crashed my head, and I had to reload my stuff. I'm waiting for the software to get a little more stable. I'd do it if I wasn't rehearsing and gigging now... I may try it again one of these days. When I do, I'll post links here if anyone's interested.
