Ive been looking all over for the guitarmageddon backing tracks used this year, and since i didnt enter or know anyone playing in it/am kinda lazy to go to guitar center to ask for any extras perhaps.....do any of you have these tracks availabe for me? [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

If the email thing don't work out, I'll burn you a copy and mail it to you. But, I'm sure Guitar Center has a box of them still. There was a whole case in the manager's office when I won the store finals in my district. They may be using them as coasters by now! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

You mean they provide a backing track?
Do they not let you do your own stuff other than the solo?

It'd be interesting to hear these tracks - if someone can snag me a disc I'd appreciate it [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img]

If you don't mind, I'll host them on my site once I get them DLd so no one has to suffer with YouSendIt's Spyware (Avenue A and such - Spybot's going crazy at that site).
Plus it'll be a direct ad-less link. Most you'll deal with is a stat cookie [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Hmm. The LatinGroove_Am.mp3 track said it was corrupted (bad CRC), and it didn't extract.

If anyone got this one track to successfully extract, post it please and I'll add it to my site.

Anyone know the limits of the license on these? Wouldn't wanna get in trouble for posting my own solos on top of these tracks, and certainly wouldn't wanna end up in a clause that states that whatever I add to the backing tracks becomes GC's permenent property to use in their advertising with no financial compensation to me.
