So I was asked at the last minute to play the Banner before a "semi pro" soccer team (Des Moines Menace) at their championship game last Saturday night. The people are in the stands behind the camera so that's why it looks like nobody is there.
This is certainly not my most exciting or accurate rendition, but I tried to keep it fairly simple to avoid sour notes. I usually only do this in a bar when everyone is drunk, but this yuppie crowd would have torn me up if I goofed.
I've played in front of a lot of good size crowds so that didn't bother me, but the camera guy (from the local news) in my face the whole time kinda freaked me...
Anyway, here it is if you wanna a good laugh.
