New Tune

This isn't done yet, it's a work in progress with my band Trigger Effect. We're in the process of writing about 20 new songs and this is one of them. The drums were recorded in our rehearsal space on an old Vestax 8 track digital recorder that I modified with a 20GB hard drive. I did the guitars last night on my POD 2.0. Bass and vocals will be added later this week, not even sure if it has a title yet. It's kinda cool though, check it out!

It's a rare ocassion that I'll listen to a whole song; if it doesn't catch my ear within the first minute or so, I'll stop it (I could be losing out doing this as well). I listened to the entire thing and I'm really diggin' the different riffs you used. Very cool. Lookin forward to the finished product.

Sounds like it's in dire need of some mixing though, as it sounds very muffled...but I figure you'll fix this later.

The demos aren't really intended for anything other than allowing the guys in the band to get an idea of where the song is heading. This way when we sit down to decide which songs to record in an actual recording studio, we can decipher the good from the horrible. I just threw this one up because I liked it. Good point, I was thinking about nixxing the harmonies in the bridge section to make it a little less Megadeth sounding.
