one more thing, I do agree on the "different songs" bit. Rob Halford's debut CD was GREAT for that. There was some slower stuff with some speed and it was a great album where it wasnt in the SAME GEAR constantly. I cant listen to a lot of bands like Soilwork and In Flames where so many songs are full out and "in the same gear" so to speak. A good mix and change of pace keeps the listener entertained and you can showcase various musical talents!

Thanks..I found people either really like Father Felon or High Speed Death Roll...It's cool that he sings that good and do death vox..it's a cool mix..to me it's just dynamics..

For Example..I really love Lamb Of God..but that dude has one voice really..he sounds like a robot after awhile..and the songs bleed together sometimes..I like what he does..but he grates on me after several songs..I want to avoid that.

I actually like Scapegoat..I wrote that for Ty really..it's made of three notes moved around a bit basically...I wanted a song that showcased his vocals..something pretty laid back for him to build on..

Dude ..weird 'nuff..since I did that recording in 2002..both me and my kid both got much better...we play together all the time..so I think that's just natural..

Vinny is definitely getting there..he's ALMOST there..but not quite ready for studio with a click track..this MUST be done to a click track..no punk band tempo bullshit like on this demo..

I have found a couple worthy drummer now..Chris Dora of Soulless or The dude in Beyond Fear..

or the son of Ken Easterly of Purgatory/Mystic..Lil' Ken who plays in Attaxe now along with his other bands..he's 17 and a fuggin' monster!!

Vinny is almost there!!!..he's just turned 12..Lil' Ken was truly suprised and impressed..Vinny took to him big time of course..

Bill, I'm pretty good at fucking after the click track, I have a good meter.

So I attach the DDrum trigger to my dick and the other one to chick's pussy and bang her in the right tempo. After the take, we can take the trigger's signal and add real drum samples to it.

Yes E I have a great meter too..I put all this shit down to a click..took me eight hours to get them right..to a actaul 25 year old fasion metronome to be exact.so old school it's nuts...

But this monkey head drummer couldn't touch it to save his life..we only had a weekend to do this..so the actual track you hear on the demo is the "scratch" track just to get his gay drums recorded..but pressed for time..the scratch track had to be the keeper..

This tape was quickly made for a local DJ who kept houding us what we sounded like because he's always been a fan of Ty's vocals.

he played it on his radio show and people loved it...it was never meant to be heard on the local radio..but ..fuggit.

It came out OK for a 4 trk tape recording I guess.

Death Perception was made to be like a Swedish death thrash song but Ty sang clean on it instead..

As far as the tunes go
Father Felon #1 I reallly liked that one the best
High Speed Death Toll #2 You should sell that song to Arch Enemy, it sounds like a perfect fit for them. Great riffs in that one. Actually that may be my favorite now that I've listened to them a couple of times

The other 2 are cool for what they are, just not my bag.
