they're demos right? so i wont comment on the production itself

father felon - great riffs, gets you headbanging once the drums kick in.. vocals have a very nevermore feel to them. the bass lines are exeptional. they realy drive the whole song hard.
i like it, it rocks your socks off.


death perception - i think it needs more double bass
=/ i HATE blastbeats ... but you guys made them work for the song, nice.

scapegoat - nice intro .. could use some interchanging guitars, or a bit of those nauceaous pan sweeps lol (paning the guitars from left to right, then back again) .. wow, slow heavy song. man the dude realy can sing. like the layered vocals. \m/ .. the song has a bit of a merciful fate feel.. like that song.. into the coven

high speed death roll - black metal! >.< i dont know why, but i realy have a hard time geting over those vocals.. though on this one it sounds good.. dont know why. weird. riffs make me headbang. so the song is good.

Wow, finally got around to listening to these. I gotta say I was expecting grunt and screech and a bunch of monkeybeats on the drums, but I think I could actually listen to it more than once

Still not my bag, but I could see it as a soundtrack to a video game like Dead Rising where you're killing zombies and stuff, or a fast-paced racer like Burnout Revenge

Davey, this is a thrown together basement demo..it can't get any worse sounding than this ..we used a old Tascam 4 trk tape recorder..with crappy barrowed mics.

I only had one track for the guitar and used Ty's track when he wasn't singing..there is no solos, or harmony parts to these yet..but I have them worked out.

That drummer is a MONKEY..I kicked him out right after we did the demo..because I spent 8 hours putting these riffs to click..but he can't play to a click to save his life, and had to play it live with him..I don't want that!!

What you hear is LIVE in my basement..it's a glorified boombox rehearsal recording..these are basica raw, song "ideas"..

We did this "demo" for a local DJ that wanted to see what we sound like because he's a fan of Ty.

We'll be doing these with Ripper Owens's drummer Eric, triggers and protools!!!

***I really appreciate any suggestions, likes or dislikes to these ideas before I make them permenant!!

Personally, my two favorite riffs ..is the main riff to Father Felon and the riff a minute into high speed death roll..I wrote more shit like that..

I LOVE riffs that make me headbang..I need that!!

i like it. it made me think of slayer on some of the songs in certain areas but thats just the way i think i guess. you did a far better job than i could ever dream of. it'll be cool when you get the sound clarity better like a major studio label! good luck to you and cant wait for the album to come out.

Thanks guys..I'm callin John Comprix / Beyond Fear tomorrow..he can't waite to record this as much as I am..their drummer Eric listened to this demo while on tour and is really looking forward to laying down these track with me..with protools, triggers, and the works..this will be far removed from what you heard..

My singer and I are working on new stuff and tweaking these tunes ..we are going to set up a session to lay the drums, rythm tracks to a click and go from there..

I'm pretty jazzed about this..there is going to be MUCHO shreddage on this stuff and you'll finally hear me at my best for the first time..

I would like for Ripper to sing on my cover of Rapid Fire..I think that would be fitting condering he did that for his day job anywhoo!

..and having his name on a sticker of the cd can't hurt..right?
