Ok, here's the link...

It has a drum intro just for timing purposes - your 'time' to solo is when the music starts and ends. If you go over on the start or end, then you may get clipped off, depending on who plays next. Just kinda count on that happening, and I'm not going to consult on the chopping. Try to keep it in the lines, so to speak.
I may move the order of tracks around that people give so they contrast and sound cooler together.
It's a little over 30 seconds, and it goes by fast. Make your mark. I can put 7 of us in each jam this way. When you are finished with your track, email TWO files to :
1) your guitar WITH THE BACKING TRACK UNDER IT. I need this so I can sync your guitar properly to the track. It can be low quality and only about the first 10 seconds of the song.
2) your guitar ALONE. If you want to put delay or verb, go for it - but you may end up with a really whispy sounding track. I don't want to hear anyone bitching about guitars that are 'mixed way back' - I'll do the best with what I get, but you're going to get best results by not drenching your guitar part in effects. Want to do harmonies? Go for it - just send me ONE MIXED DOWN TRACK IN STEREO of all guitars if you want. I'm going to try just taking your raw tracks as you give them to me and putting them in the jam. You can also send me a track in mono. 128k mp3, 44.1 khz is what the final jam is going to be, so send me files in that format. DO NOT SEND ME WAV FILES!
When I get seven, I'll put em together, and post the results here. I'm not going to name the guitarists at first, I thought it might be fun to hear these without any names attached at first. Then later on I'll 'reveal' the lineup for each Jam. I think this will make it more interesting...
Hope we can fill several songs! If you have any questions, email me at , but send your submissions to . Thanks!
