Hmmm, that is fast.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

One thing too guys - you can play slow melodic lines over a fast backing. Don't feel like you have to hit it with 16th notes - some tasty licks will sound great over this.

This is such a cool idea. Unfortunatly, I am pc recording illiterate. Truly, I have not the first clue or I'd unleash my suckiness on you all.

I'm with you, man. However...it is time to learn and get the stuff. I am tired of playing the same shit in my hotel room every night. It is time to record. I don't know if I will make it in time for this one...but maybe by the time Pete posts a slower one I will be ready.

Hmmm... this is way cool. I have an idea for a little Emmy solo, but it is REALLY dorky. Arrrr, matey.

[/ QUOTE ]

Then give it to me! I'm just going to gather up each group of 7, so it's not like you have to have it today by noon or anything. Let's hear the Eminator roar!

Pete

Okee dokee Pete!
Definitely will have a solo for ya soon! I've messed around with a few directions, you'll be gettin' some Emmy grooooove.

Yeah...well, I messed with this for a couple hours last night, and...I got nuthin for ya. Sorry Pete. I don't play guitar in a style that would compliment this, and I SURE ain't gonna send you what I did record!

I'm in for the next one though! Fer sure!

Give me a couple of days...I need to get the software for this sort of thing. I'm not really sure as what software I'll need to get to record it and send it to you. Recommend me some software and I'll gladly download it, if possible.
I've got some idea's and would love to be a part of this. Very cool.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Gah...I just managed to cut my left middle finger while chopping vegetables. Hopefully it will not impact my playing too much, but I will not play anything tonight.

And...hehe...I sat and pieced together some solo parts earlier today, but when I was going to play it along with the track, I realized that the speed puts the solo a notch over my ability. What I've recorded so far sounds pretty awful. Well, I will let the finger heal for a bit, and spend some time with the parts and see if I can nail it by the end of the weekend.

C'mon Chuck...this track isn't my bag either but pretend your a hired gun and wax one

I played for maybe 10 minutes and I thought I could get something if I put in the effort I haven't been playing much with my kids in football and tae kwon doe, every night its a different thing to take them to. SO because my dwindling chops I was able to come with some cool stuff that wasn't blazing just because the backing track points to it. I sure just about everyone will blaze but so what? Be different...I hope I can get to this in time

Hmm...alright. I'll keep trying and head off towards left field with it. Maybe...I mean, I got some ideas, but...OK, thanks for the kick!

I am going to submit my contribution tonight after I get home from the gym. I haven't worked on it at all. I am just gonna hit the record button and let her rip.
