my faves are nr. 1 and 3, although nr. 6 is very cool too because it's very raw....maybe thats jgcable? i'm not sure if that is a typical jg tone, though [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
and nr 7 SCREAMS yngwie. well done.

Ok, well, I think I know Pete's style pretty well from his posts here..I'd venture to say that is him wailing in on 1:36-1:52. I'm thinkin Newc put in some harmony tracks on this just from what he's posted about here...so like maybe .33-1:02 is some of his stuff? In that part, it sounds like two blended harmony parts kinda counterpointing one another.

I certainly didn't go with my typical recorded overprocessed tone on this one. I used a straight up Matchless patch with a BD-2 in front of it (using a Boss GT-6) and a splash of reverb and delay. It was a 1 take riff. I hit the record button, played and mixed it. It took me a total of 5 minutes total from when I sat down until the time I emailed it to Pete. After hearing some of the other clips, maybe I should have spent a little more time working on it!
