Well if you are the rhythym guitar player, then I think you are the most talented member of the band [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I'm not so sure the vocalist is the right choice for the type of music you guys are playing. An increase in tempo might help out, too.

The most glaring problem IMO is your drummer. Alot mishits and tempo issues. A good drummer is very important to your sound, especially in rock/metal.
