ok, it's tuned to D, i.e. everything a full step down
i'm not sure about the positions, as that's rather difficult to figure out without knowing what comes next, but the lower harmony is playing a C bent up a full step (D), e.g. 15b17 on the A string (2nd string), whereas the upper harmony is either bending the Eb or the E up to the F, e.g. 18b20 or 19b20 (also on the A string) depending on the key of the song (D minor or D phrygian)....i'd say it's 18b20Comment
