I took a listen to it again.. you built that on an exercise by adding the synth parts, a melody and a couple jam progressions. Interesting.

ah the chromatic thingy? yep, ya caught me, lol. Ive always seen people do that when they warm up and i was like, hey, why doesnt anybody use it musically? i put it in a group of 7 notes so it would do something interesting rythmically.

You know.. most of Morse's stuff is probably deviation/variation from little exercises he created to build up some aspect of technique. Then there's Eruption of course, a modded warmup.

i play alot of bach on the piano. Im familiar with the inventions.

I like this. Like I've said before, you have more compositional sense and maturity than your guitar teacher does. You also have clean technique. Nice job!
