Forgive the lame lyrics, it's kind of a joke premise. My friend used to work at a ATV dealer. One day some guy came in and traded in butchered old hot rod that had a metal "battleaxe" welded onto the sissy bar. It was comical at best, but we used to make up stories and legends of where it came from
Anyhow, recently I got some presets for some dynamics processors in Cubase from a pro Studio that they use on commercial tracks. It REALLY cleaned up my sound and Im kind of proud of the way this mix has turned out so far. ITS NOT DONE, I still have another verse and outro, but give me some tips on how to make it better.
Forgive the scream, I cant sing metal vocals worth a shit.
Im also working on a progressive tune called Roussay Lake, have a listen here.
"it's not done either, half way roughly"
Any tips / suggestions is appreciated!!
