• Here's some metal for you..

This is something I wrote. I made the drum track using midi.

Once you open this page click on the song called "Crusading Hells"

I use a kick ass program called Cool Edit Pro. It has 128 tracks that you can record in simultaniously if you have the right hardware for it. I made the drumtrack in a program called Guitar Pro. It's kind of a pain in the ass becuaes you have to tab each drum hit one hit at a time. But that way at least I can get the drums exactly how I want them.. that is if I'm willing to put enough time into it.

      Thanks dude.

Ok, I also have Guitar Pro! Maybe I should try to do a drumtrack in it too. That's always the problem for me... I never know how to do to make the drums cool and sound exactly how you want them to.

I think I'll try to put something together and post it here!

The only think im using is a Pod Pro. That is plugged directly into my soundcard. The pod pro has a neat little studio mode that sets the volume level to 0 db and simulates a mic'd speaker. It's a nice piece of equipment but a pain in the ass to use.

Cool, I'm interested in hearing what you come up with. After you make the drum track you have to record it as wav though. If you use the midi chip on your soundcard you might have trouble doing this without causing massive feedback. I use a midi synthesizer that is completly seperate from my soundcard.
