Todd Langner has recorded two sound clips using the 3-Tube Modded MP-1 preamp.
Some background info -
Both of these clips were recorded direct from a 3-Tube Modded MP-1's headphone jack,
right into a Furman PQ4 parametric EQ (acting as a speaker-emulating filter)
and then straight into the soundcard of the PC being used.
The guitar was double-tracked (one panned left, one panned right)
An old school Charvel Guitar was used.
A Seymour Duncan JB pick-up was in the bridge position.
The guitar was drop-tuned to B.

Track 1 (5,167 kb MP3) Broadband users: approx. 30 sec download
Track 2 (5.090 kb MP3) Broadband users: approx. 30 sec download
These are merely two similar-sounding clips to give you a taste of the 3-Tube Mod Kit.
It is fully capable of pleasing the JCM800 Modded Marshall fan, too.
There will be addt'l sound clips (before 2004?) that will employ the use
of a tube power amp and a mic'd 4x12 cab. These will most likely be
recorded at Dave Linsk's studio.
