• some noise

This is the basis for a tune that I wrote for a local band that I tech for. I'm far from a shredder and I have no technical skills whatsoever but this little ditty has been a great inspiration for them and they're actually turning it into something really cool. (will post that later) Anyway, this is just a rough cut I did with two guitar tracks and a drum machine. I'd like to know what you guys think. (not about my guitar playing , but about the general idea)

Well if you must ask....it was a Kay solid body deluxe shredder through a fender champ amp with a BBE 422 and a fuzz box. Do you really like it? Thank you so much!

Not too bad MM....kinda like George Lynch meets Zakk Wylde meets hillbilly for first time

Hey Mark... it has a MSG type flavor to it.
Not the band MSG... I am talking abou the food additive. Although chromatic descending runs usually make me puke, yours just gave me a bad case of indigestion.

Just kiddin bro... nice job. I bet most of your guitars run and hide from you when it is time to play considering all the pinching you do to them!! What is the source of your drums? They sound great.

yeah, I've got a very heavy fret hand huh. I think that's what's holding me back from developing any speed, I've never been able to play fast. I've always loved pinch harmonics though, guess it comes from my old Lynch days. The drums are just an old Alesis SR16. Great little units in my opinion.

Did all six of you play on the track?
750xl, 88LE, AT1, Roswell Pro, SG-X, 4 others...
Stilletto Duece 1/2 Stack, MkIII Mini-Stack, J-Station, 12 spaces of misc rack stuff, Sonar 4, Event 20/20, misc outboard stuff...

Why do I still want MORE?
