Re: My Dokken Cover

Sounds great. Thanks for posting.

I'm having a hell of a time with that BT Forums site, though. I'm up to about 33 posts, I can't download anything, and I feel an idiot with my posts kinda dominating the chat (very few others are posting). But what can ya do? If I understand it right, you gotta make 100 posts if you want to download anything. Oh well, guess I'll have to try to come up with about 70 more thoughts to submit! Maybe I'll start posting knock knock jokes!

Yeah, it's kinda strange, I guess they have limited bandwith or something, they sure manage what they have poorly.
I still keep practicing though.... Mostly because I hate my neighbors.-MakeAJazzNoiseHere

This is true -- you'd think that with a site like that they would understand the demand for their content.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I wish we musicians had an online data base of unlimited free backing tracks where we could each pay a small contribution and then have unlimited access to any tracks we needed. If I had way to create my own backing tracks, I would gladly give them away to my fellow musician's. This is a great way to practice and its fun to be able to produce our own albums of favorite covers, especially for guitarists like me who are no longer in working bands. I appreciate everyone who has sent me tracks and listened to and hopefully enjoyed my Dokken cover. I want to do more and post em periodically for comments. I really miss playing live and Its great to have the JFC as my audience.

Please post em if you got em! It doesn't matter how much playing experience you have or if you think your style is lacking or doesn't measure up to others here. You gotta respect anyone who has the balls to post their stuff here! Lets hear em!

Gary,

That ripped man! Nice job. The only tip off that that was not a real amp was the missing low end thump that modellers always yield...

Great stuff!
